Our Team
Isabel (MOT, BHumSc) is a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about empowering others and helping them achieve independence. She has built up a wealth of knowledge through working in Sydney and London across a variety of settings including schools, clinics, and the community.
Inspired by her commitment to helping others, Isabel founded Live & Learn Therapy, a nurturing environment where individuals can achieve their full potential by learning, growing, and thriving through every stage of life.
Isabel started her journey as a disability support worker over 10 years ago, providing compassionate care, assistance, and advocacy to children and adults with disabilities. She has since developed her skills in roles as a behaviour therapist, therapy assistant, and now as an OT, empowering individuals to overcome barriers and maximise their potential by facilitating independence in meaningful daily activities.
Outside of work, Isabel loves spending quality time with her family and friends, whether it involves enjoying the sunshine at the beach or embarking on new adventures and travelling the world to find the world’s best gelato!
Mia is an Occupational Therapist with experience supporting children and families across community and paediatric settings in both the UK and Australia. She has worked with children with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions and enjoys helping children build confidence, participation, and independence in their everyday lives.
Mia has a particular interest in supporting emotional regulation, sensory processing, play skills, and functional participation across home, school, and community environments. She values working collaboratively with families and believes in creating a warm, supportive, and neuroaffirming environment where children feel safe, understood, and empowered.
She completed her Occupational Therapy degree at Cardiff University in the UK and is registered with both the HCPC and AHPRA.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys travelling, exploring new cities, and spending time outdoors!
