Open Roles
Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Sydney, NSW)
We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced OT to join our growing paediatric service. This role is perfect for OTs who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client work, without the pressure of high KPIs.
As a small and growing business, this is a unique opportunity to be an early team member, where your voice matters. The successful candidate will have the chance to contribute to shaping the service, helping to grow the business, and having input into its future direction.
You’ll be delivering assessments, therapy sessions, and individualised intervention plans for children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. While you’ll work independently with your caseload, you’ll receive regular supervision, ongoing clinical guidance, and full administrative support, so you can focus on meaningful outcomes for your clients.
You’ll support children and teens to build life skills, increase functional independence, and develop their sensory, motor, and cognitive abilities in ways that are practical, strengths-based, and family-centred.
We offer genuine flexibility in how you work. This role is available part-time (minimum 2 days per week) or full-time, with the option of a 4-day work week for full-time OTs. You can choose hours that suit your lifestyle — whether you prefer early starts and early finishes or later starts and finishes. For part-time roles, there’s also the opportunity to increase days or hours over time, based on your preferences and service demand.

Monitor and review progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure best outcomes.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records of client progress and service delivery.
Communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
Follow all relevant professional standards and guidelines for paediatric OT practice.
